Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' website visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
- Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
- Building Relationships: Establish relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Responding to Customer Questions: Answer customer inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally.
- Promoting Client Products and Services: Engage with customers to promote interest in client products and services.
- Achieving Established Standards: Consistently meet and exceed established standards of the position.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
- Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as required.
Qualifications
