As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working in a collaborative and engaging environment. You'll have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You'll be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services

We're looking for people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or similar environment)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
