Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' lives. You'll work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues, leverage tools and technology to support resolution, and actively participate in and support the learning process.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a positive team member working toward a common company goal

  • Meet department standards and expectations for quality and production
  • Efficiently leverage tools and technology to support resolution of issues
  • Work with partner departments to resolve customer issues
  • Actively participate in and support the learning process
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years' prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work within timeframes, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, detailed, and organized
  • Capacity to recognize and maintain confidentiality
  • Aptitude to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the health and benefits industry

  • Knowledge of health insurance and benefits
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
