Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer service strategies that align with our product roadmap and ensure our customers' satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role with a focus on customer service
