As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to provide top-notch support and guidance.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with clients through an automated dialer, with the goal of speaking to 40-50 callers a day, of which 1-5 callers would potentially qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Retention rates
  • Upsell and cross-sell rates
  • Goal achievement
  • Client satisfaction
  • First-call resolution rates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A competitive spirit – we work as a team, but pay for performance!
  • The ability to work 40+ hours a week
  • Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30)
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with VICI and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the injury review industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with sales and customer service software

Hours of Operation

Our full-time schedule is 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern

Compensation and Benefits

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be eligible for:

  • Salary range starts at $17.31/hour
  • Commissions and bonuses, with total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)
  • Health insurance, vision, and dental coverage
  • Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)
  • Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period
