Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to maintain the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our data systems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information, processing and verifying data, and ensuring that the information is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
- Verify and log receipt of data
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
- Maintain and update workflow records regarding work completed and work pending
- Assist other administrative staff in file management and other tasks
- Generate regular reports and submit them to management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system

Hourly Salary Range
