As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining our filing systems. Key Responsibilities:

* Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Entering data into our database systems with precision and accuracy
  • Entering data provided directly by customers, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Verifying data against original documents to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Retrieving data from database or electronic files as requested by colleagues and management
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure that it's not lost and is archived
  • Maintaining our filing system, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices

  • Accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Basic knowledge of databases, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development
