Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life and providing them with exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues
  • Assisting Policy Holders: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes as needed
  • Supporting Policy Holders' Needs: Offer recommendations and adjustments to meet policy holders' needs and ensure their satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical Skills: Be comfortable with desktop computer systems, have a typing speed of 25 wpm, and be able to use Windows operating systems
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Availability: Be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Internet Connection Requirements: Meet our minimum internet speed requirements, with a download rate of at least 25.0 Mbps and an upload rate of at least 5.0 Mbps
  • Work from Home Requirements: Have a clean and quiet workspace, with a dedicated area for work and minimal distractions
