Key Responsibilities
As an experienced Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
- Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
- Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
- Collaborating with the customer success team to identify and resolve customer pain points
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing customer base
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
- Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
