Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Expressing genuine empathy and concern for your customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
  • Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
  • Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
  • Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
  • Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
  • Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them appropriately to management
  • Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly and professionally

  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
