Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and relevant information

  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Maintain call center database by entering information and documenting customer interaction
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management
  • Develop appropriate reporting requirements by supervisor or manager
  • Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members
  • Assist in the training of new hires and participate in quality assurance activities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with quality assurance and training programs
