Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate IV at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and promoting our company's products and services. You'll work closely with internal teams to drive corrective actions and improvement projects that raise customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities

* Manage backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required

  • Investigate credit and debit requests and queries, issuing credit/debit as necessary
  • Answer technical queries from customers using online technical references and offer alternatives using available resources
  • Drive corrective actions and improvement projects to raise customer satisfaction levels
  • Strengthen customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal points of contact
  • Promote and sell arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

What We're Looking For

* 4 or more years of related work experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma required; completion of an AA degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,960-67,440 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
