Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience

* A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably with a focus on chat or online support. * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

Communication Skills
