Job Overview

As an e-Fulfilment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems, email, and other online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems, email, and other online platforms

• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise and resolve them efficiently
• Complete additional projects as assigned by your supervisor or team lead
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and resolve issues

Qualifications

* No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to be a team player
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
