The Role
As a full stack customer support representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on our platform
- Providing a human-first experience through voice and written communications, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported
- Becoming an expert in arenaflex products, both at a technical and client use-case level
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client value and improve their experience on our platform
- Working closely with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies and share insights to improve the team's performance
- Collaborating with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and retention, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration

What Experience You Should Have
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models where you've impacted clients to improve their experience.
- A proven track record of providing support for multiple online software or SaaS products or IT experience.
- Experience in constructing best practices focused on help quality and efficiencies, possibly from having worked as an SME, Mentor, or Leader.
- The ability to work independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Multiple instances of focusing on maximum impact/effort work among competing needs or requests.
