Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry.
