Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide top-notch support to our plan members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and answering questions about medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Provide clear and concise information about medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other plan details
  • Offer solutions and support to plan members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should also be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent computer skills.
