Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Front End Services & Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking customers with a smile
- Represent arenaflex in a positive and professional manner, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking area
- Assemble and load trucks from the parking area, and operate equipment to move trucks from the parking area to inside the store
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and energy, even in challenging situations
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling cash transactions, checking items, and counting change
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, customer service, hospitality)
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a retail or customer service environment
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience working with a diverse customer base
