Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests

  • Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed customer service and performance targets, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
