The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the front face of arenaflex, handling all customer service-related inquiries through chat. Your primary focus will be to provide efficient and productive support to our customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working remotely, but you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries through chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their queries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Assist customers with order status updates, shipping damage claims, and vendor communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (speech and writing)
- Fast and confident typing skills (approx. 40-60 WPM)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and design principles
- Sales acumen and ability to upsell/cross-sell products
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
