Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing outbound calls with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide data-driven insights
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide expert knowledge and support to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you will need:
