Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings with these members

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance
  • Familiarity with benefit plans and administration
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in a related field, such as life insurance or benefits administration

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
