Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and drive business growth. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Filing physical copies of data and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Verifying invoice details and handling invoice payments with precision and attention to detail
  • Cross-checking and rectifying data entry errors to maintain data integrity
  • Adhering to quality control measures at all times to ensure exceptional results
  • Ensuring no duplication of data and maintaining accurate records
  • Gathering all required documents and personal details from clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Reviewing and cataloguing data with appropriate tags to ensure efficient data management
  • Providing exceptional customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service, leaving a positive impression of our brand
  • Quickly learning about our products, common concerns, and problems, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Entering purchase and sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Performing daily research tasks to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining inventory levels and processing data entry with precision and speed
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by our team leaders and management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven work experience in the administrative department as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Typist, or an equivalent position
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Demonstrating an attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of data entry, with experience in data entry software and systems

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with inventory management and data analysis
