What to Expect as an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our data management services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting customer and account data by transferring information from paper documents to digital spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy, correcting any deficiencies or errors found, and maintaining confidentiality throughout the data entry process
  • Compiling and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, using your analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
  • Generating reports and storing completed work in designated locations, performing backup operations as needed to ensure data integrity
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

What We're Looking for in a Candidate

To succeed as an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately, and a basic understanding of touch typing and database management tools

  • Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus, but not required
