Our team of experts works closely with national and international companies to design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) that provides real-time user feedback and insights. By partnering with reputable market research companies, we're able to identify and target specific consumer profiles to ensure that our clients receive the most accurate and representative feedback possible.
The Role
As an In-Home Usage Tester with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, providing valuable feedback to big brands and helping shape the products and services that we all use. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Participating in private chat rooms that may be opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability
- Good communication skills (an asset)
- 18 years or older
