Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Developing and delivering training materials, including non-classroom communication and training resources, to support our employees' growth and development.
  • Assessing individual participant and class performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participating in client interactions, including Weekly Business Review meetings, to ensure our employees are meeting client expectations and providing exceptional service.
  • Demonstrating the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, including maintaining confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Thriving as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant protocols.
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor or manager.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be able to work remotely and be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Possess solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired results.
  • Have a keen sense of attention to detail and take the initiative to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
  • Be enthusiastic and comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.
  • Possess patience with various types of learners and be skilled in determining why and how tasks should be handled to effective completion.
  • Have proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be available to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.
  • Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Pass background and drug tests.
  • Be experienced with the Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
