Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customs clearance for arenaflex shipments, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including customs documentation, invoices, and other relevant information
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date on all relevant customs regulations, laws, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all requirements
  • Process organization financier shipments, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation
  • May handle distant filings, including preparation and submission of customs documentation
  • Ensure all service and operational procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, business, or international trade

  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and computer systems, including Viewpoint and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to use various systems and reference materials, including customs regulations and procedures
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
