Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Support Specialist to join our customer service team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, addressing how-to questions, and investigating client requests. You'll work collaboratively with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and empower them to get the most out of our products. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with arenaflex clients to address how-to questions and investigate product-related issues
  • Deliver a "human-first" experience, providing timely and accurate support through voice and written interactions across multiple channels
  • Become a subject matter expert in arenaflex products, both at a technical and client use-case level
  • Identify opportunities to help clients maximize their value from arenaflex, seeking out innovative solutions and best practices to share with the team
  • Work closely with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to improve team performance and drive client value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to drive client engagement and retention

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting online software or SaaS products, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and client use cases
  • Experience building best practices focused on support quality and efficiencies, with a background in mentoring, training, or leadership
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication
  • Familiarity with fundamental web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with multiple customer support platforms, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, and Twilio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
  • Background in IT, technical support, or a related field, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting principles
  • Certifications or training in customer support, technical writing, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
