Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Input and Updates: Accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into our company's database system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Data Verification and Correction: Verifying and correcting any discrepancies in data entries, ensuring that all records are accurate and complete.
  • Data Audits and Reporting: Conducting regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records, and generating reports and extracting data as requested by team members.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless data flow across departments, and maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Data Cleaning and Validation: Assisting with data cleaning and data validation processes to ensure the quality and integrity of our data.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
