Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Instagram Chat Assistant to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages on business Instagram accounts, answering questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document. Key Responsibilities

* Manage direct messages on business Instagram accounts, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a provided FAQ document to answer questions about products, shipping, and returns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex customer issues
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our proprietary CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, with a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
