Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries via live chat and email, providing accurate and timely assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in internal team meetings to stay updated on communication strategies, product knowledge, and service protocols, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible support.
  • Assisting in processing orders, returns, quality and service claims, including data entry and shipping label creation, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support sample orders and other customer-related initiatives, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns when necessary, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and strong follow-through on tasks.
  • Willingness to participate in provided training sessions, with no prior experience necessary.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours.
  • Access to a reliable device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) with internet connectivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remotely.
