What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Research and Problem-Solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
• Critical Thinking: You'll think critically to help customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
• Customer Engagement: You'll engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner, building trust and rapport to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Communication: You'll communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience: You'll have a proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: You'll have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Background Check: You'll be required to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
