Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing a positive and meaningful experience with every interaction
- Communicating a variety of information to customers, including product knowledge and brand information
- Being an active listener and helping to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Learning and retaining a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is an unforgettable experience
- Working effectively in a work-at-home setting, with a secure area in the home to work from
- Maintaining reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- Being consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
- Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
- A secure area in the home to work from
- The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
- The understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in Las Vegas, NV
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Experience working with a variety of customer service channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
