The Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Web & Cloud Application Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure cloud-based applications using a range of technologies, including AWS. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization and driving innovation in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements

• Design and develop scalable and secure cloud-based applications using AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and other relevant services
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud computing and AWS, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our applications

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud computing and AWS
• 4+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable and secure cloud-based applications
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and other relevant services
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile and Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

* AWS Certification, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer

• Experience with data quality tools, such as Great Expectations or Deequ
• Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems
• Experience with containerization, using Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts, and experience with relevant tools and technologies
