Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Accurately and efficiently entering patient and medication data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies
- Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and doctors, to provide accurate and timely information
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
- Basic web search skills, including using a web browser, searching online, and completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
- State certification or enrollment as a pharmacy technician
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English languages
