Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
- Engaging in the sales process with each customer from start to finish, ensuring a clear and efficient close on the sale and increasing company profit margins
- Professionally representing our clients and driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
- Developing effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
- Educating consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigating order entry systems and scheduling dates as necessary
Requirements
To be successful as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate, you'll need:

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
