Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues on the first contact.
- Processing flight changes, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
