Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions

• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
