Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
  • Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
  • Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data
  • Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities
  • Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
