Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. This includes:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sharing sales links and providing discounts to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer support to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer support

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Immediate start with no prior experience required
  • Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:
