Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. You'll also be expected to maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Provide support and assistance to customers through online chat, email, and phone (if necessary)

Requirements

* Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience (in-person or online)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center or online chat environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
