Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling opportunities as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
