Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers via live chat
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team for further action
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and improve our products and services
  • Completing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Engaging with on-the-job training opportunities to improve your performance
