As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building.
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and analyzed to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
- Excellent computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple customer interactions and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
- The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
