Role Highlights
* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives
- Enjoy flexible scheduling, with the ability to work from home and set your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
- Participate in our fast 20-hour certification program, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role
- Work with a talented team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) who will provide ongoing support and guidance
- Take advantage of our Turbo Bonus Boost, which offers an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th (with unlimited hours available, subject to certain requirements)
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers seeking assistance with our tax software and products
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your knowledge and skills to drive innovation and provide top-notch service to our customers
- Collaborating with our SMEs and MPS to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest tax preparation and filing trends and best practices
