Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting in the booking of new reservations and the modification of existing requests
  • Providing exceptional service to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meeting performance targets and contributing to the growth and success of the team

Shift Flexibility:

We offer a variety of flexible shifts, including morning, mid, and evening hours, to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences. You should be available to work weekends and be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

* Competitive hourly wage: $17.00/hour (with an additional 10% shift differential for hours worked after 6 PM)

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, communications)

  • Previous experience in a hotel or call center environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
