Job Summary

As an Online Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth, including analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels to expand arenaflex's reach and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition
  • Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
