Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that customers receive the most accurate and relevant information.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Proficient in computer usage, including office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
