Job Summary: Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking compassionate and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to explain medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:
