Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with our closers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and commission requirements
