Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and support, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product information and industry trends
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, when applicable
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and relay information effectively
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
